RGI Creative is committed to strengthening the future creative workforce by connecting education with real-world professional experience. Over the past eighteen months, we have hosted more than 300 educators and students from school districts across Lorain County at our facility, providing structured studio tours, hands-on workshops, and in-depth conversations about career pathways in creative, technical, and vocational services.
“RGI Creative offers students and educators a unique window into what a modern, lean business looks like. By combining ingenuity, creativity, technology, and carpentry skills, Ryan and Marnie consistently demonstrate how innovation happens in real workplaces.”
-Dave Miller, Director of Technology, Innovation & Workforce Development, Educational Service Center of Lorain County
These experiences are designed to give students a practical understanding of how creative skills translate into professional roles. Our mission is to equip educators with insight into the skill sets that they see in their classrooms and how those talents align with viable, in-demand careers. Visits are intentionally kept to small group sizes to ensure meaningful interaction, hands-on learning, and direct engagement with RGI’s creative and production teams.

In addition to on-site programming, RGI Creative actively participates in outreach at local schools, career fairs, externships, and workforce development events throughout the region. This includes educator externships, student workshops, career exploration programs, and partnerships with business and industry groups all focused on exposing students to real career options and helping schools better understand evolving workforce needs.
“RGI Creative has been an outstanding partner to schools across Lorain County. Through their work with our countywide Business Advisory Council, they provide meaningful experiences that help students and educators better understand career
pathways. Ryan and Marnie are truly gold-standard partners.”-Dave Miller, Director of Technology, Innovation & Workforce Development, Educational Service Center of Lorain County
Our educational outreach is an extension of how we work: collaborative, practical, and community-driven. By investing time, expertise, and access, we help develop stronger talent pipelines, support educators, and contribute to a skilled, future-ready workforce that benefits our clients, our industry, and the region as a whole.
